Responsibilities
- Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
- Build value by offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
- Represent the company and the AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
- Cooperate with fellow RSCs to achieve a team approach to sales and customer service.
- Achieve sales benchmarks and milestones for additional bonuses.
- Excel in selling AT&T's products and services, including entertainment options.
- Work with wireless leaders to serve and succeed within the local community.
Requirements
- Clear communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and technical aptitude.
- Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
- Background in retail sales is helpful but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong social media presence preferred.
- Reliable transportation to location and off-site trainings.
- Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with flexibility to work at multiple locations.
- Ability to operate a personal computer and wireless equipment.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Familiarity with wireless technology and products.
