The Wireless Sales Representative at AT&T, through Prime Communications, serves as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer service and personalized wireless solutions to a diverse customer base. This full-time role involves demonstrating AT&T's products and services, achieving sales goals, and contributing to a supportive team environment. The position offers opportunities for growth and advancement within the company, with a focus on meeting sales benchmarks and delivering tailored solutions to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
  • Build value by offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
  • Represent the company and the AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
  • Cooperate with fellow RSCs to achieve a team approach to sales and customer service.
  • Achieve sales benchmarks and milestones for bonus payments.
  • Excel in selling AT&T's products and services, including entertainment options.
  • Work with wireless leaders to serve and succeed within the local community.

Requirements

  • Clear communication skills.
  • Attitude and technical aptitude with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
  • Background in retail sales is helpful but not required.
  • At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong social media presence preferred.
  • Reliable transportation to location, off-site trainings, and meetings.
  • Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.

Nice-to-haves

  • Background in retail sales is helpful but not required.
  • Strong social media presence preferred.
