Wireless Store Manager

About the position

The Wireless Store Manager at Boost Mobile is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting sales quotas. This role requires strong communication skills to create a welcoming environment for customers and to effectively present and sell products and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage retail staff
• Greet and direct customers
• Sell Boost Mobile Products and Services
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers' questions about specific products/services
• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints

Requirements

• 1 year of retail management experience
• 1 year of retail sales experience
• 1 year of customer service experience
• 1 year of wireless sales experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong communication skills
• Understanding of the retail sales process

• Spanish language proficiency
