About the position

The Wireless Sales Consultant at Wireless Zone is responsible for selling Verizon Wireless products and services while providing exceptional customer service. This role involves understanding customer needs, educating them about technology solutions, and achieving sales objectives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell all products and services offered by the Company.
• Meet all sales objectives.
• Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including completing customer contracts and warranties.
• Pull products from inventory and accept customer payments.
• File completed orders and maintain strong knowledge of all Company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features.
• Provide critical market feedback to the Store Manager regarding local competition and product/service needs.
• Handle service inquiries from customers and provide efficient, courteous customer service.

Requirements

• 1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred.
• Ability to use competitive spirit to meet and exceed assigned sales goals.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices.
• Understand customers' needs and help them discover how products meet those needs.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
• Willingness to work a variety of hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
