The Wireless Store Manager at Wireless Zone is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring sales objectives are met, and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves managing a team, handling administrative tasks related to sales, and maintaining a strong knowledge of products and services offered by the company. The ideal candidate will be energetic, outgoing, and passionate about technology, with a focus on driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Sell all products and services offered by the company.
• Meet all sales objectives.
• Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including completing customer contracts and warranties.
• Pull products from inventory and accept customer payments.
• File completed orders accurately.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features.
• Provide critical market feedback to the Store Manager regarding local competition and product/service needs.
• Handle service inquiries from customers.
• Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services.
• Coach, train, and develop store staff.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed assigned sales goals.
• Understanding of the latest data/entertainment technology and devices.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
