About the position

The Wireless Store Manager at Wireless Zone is responsible for overseeing the sales operations of a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer store. This role requires a high-energy individual with exceptional customer service skills to drive sales, manage store staff, and ensure a positive customer experience. The manager will be involved in selling products and services, meeting sales objectives, and maintaining knowledge of the latest technology and competitive offerings.

Responsibilities

• Sell all products and services offered by the Company.
• Meet all sales objectives.
• Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including completing customer contracts and warranties.
• Pull products from inventory and accept customer payments.
• File completed orders and maintain strong knowledge of all Company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features.
• Provide critical market feedback to the Store Manager regarding local competition and product/service needs.
• Handle service inquiries from customers and provide efficient, courteous customer service.
• Coach, train, and develop store staff.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of management experience preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed assigned sales goals.
• Understanding of customers' needs and helping them discover how products meet those needs.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices.
