The Wireless Store Manager at Wireless Zone is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. This role involves managing a team, meeting sales objectives, and maintaining a strong knowledge of products and services offered by the company. Responsibilities

• Sell all products and services offered by the company.
• Meet all sales objectives.
• Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including completing customer contracts and warranties.
• Pull products from inventory and accept customer payments.
• File completed orders and maintain strong knowledge of all company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features.
• Provide critical market feedback to the Store Manager regarding local competition and product/service needs.
• Handle service inquiries from customers and provide efficient, courteous customer service.
• Coach, train, and develop store staff.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
• Understanding of customers' needs and how products meet those needs.

• Experience with product demonstrations.
