About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager within Global Treasury Management to oversee product management and strategic focus for complex wire channels including Gpi, FED, CHIPs, and SWIFT. This role involves advising leadership, defining product outcomes, and leading cross-functional teams to create exceptional client experiences and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Advise leadership to develop business plans and product design for wire channels.
  • Oversee product management for complex products and services in wire channels.
  • Define product outcomes and strategy, driving towards the end-state vision.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create exceptional omni-channel experiences.
  • Be responsible for key business and customer metrics, including risk and controls.
  • Lead strategy and resolution of complex challenges across the organization.
  • Deliver long-term solutions considering global market dynamics and regulatory impacts.
  • Provide vision and expertise on implementing innovative business solutions.
  • Articulate product vision, define scope, and prioritize backlog for technology updates.
  • Engage with leaders, stakeholders, and delivery teams across the company.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, or agile product owner experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Wires and/or cross border payments product management experience.
  • Payment Transformation experience (FedWire, SWIFT, CHIPS, ISO).
  • ISO 20022 Transformation and Global Payments Innovation (Gpi) experience.
  • 2+ years of ISO 20022 related experience.
  • 2+ years of Gpi related experience.
  • Correspondent and/or Corporates Banking wires experience.
  • Treasury management/transaction banking experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with large vendor/provider ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Analytic and strategy experience to evaluate business opportunities.
