About the position

The Property Manager at Withington Apartments is responsible for overseeing the operations of a 288-unit Class-A lease-up property in Jackson, MI. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in market rate property management, sales, and leasing, as well as the ability to lead and develop a team. The position emphasizes customer service, integrity, and a commitment to personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the property and ensure high occupancy rates.
• Lead and manage a team, providing direction and accountability.
• Implement sales and leasing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Maintain property standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Foster a customer-focused environment and address resident concerns promptly.

Requirements

• 3+ years of market rate property management experience.
• 1 year of leadership experience.
• 1 year of property leasing experience.
• Strong sales and leasing ability.
• Experience with Yardi is preferred.
