About the position

The Property Manager at Withington Apartments in Jackson, MI is responsible for overseeing the operations of a 288-unit Class-A lease-up property. Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of property staff, providing accountability and support.

• Ensure compliance with property management policies and regulations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the property.
• Handle tenant relations and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Requirements

• 3+ years of market rate property management experience.
• 1 year of leadership experience.
• 1 year of property leasing experience.
• Strong sales and leasing ability.
• Honesty and integrity in all dealings.
• Desire to learn and grow in the property management field.
• Team player with a customer-focused mentality.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Yardi property management software.
