About the position
The Wealth Management Banker at U.S. Bank is responsible for delivering a comprehensive affluent client experience by managing and retaining client relationships within the affluent segment. This role involves collaboration with various entities to provide a full spectrum of banking products and services, ensuring that clients receive expert advice tailored to their financial needs and goals. The position requires proactive engagement with both assigned and prospective clients to enhance their banking experience and grow the business.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and retain client relationships for Affluent Wealth Management.
- Provide expert advice and counsel in affluent wealth banking client relationships.
- Identify and collaborate with other experts such as mortgage and small business banking.
- Engage in wealth discussions with clients to increase the book of business.
- Ensure the overall affluent client experience by delivering U.S. Bank products and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Up to three years of experience in Wealth Management private banking or financial services.
- Current Series 6-63 or Series 7-63 licenses.
- Strong relationship management, sales, and business development skills.
- Basic understanding of Wealth products and offerings.
- Basic competency in Financial Planning.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective writing, speaking, and presentation skills.
