About the position

The Women of Legacy Coordinator at the Museum of the Bible is a full-time role focused on supporting the Women of Legacy program within the Development team. This position involves coordinating event details, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to the fundraising goals of the department. The coordinator will work closely with the Women of Legacy Founder and Manager to ensure successful execution of events and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Women of Legacy Founder/Museum of the Bible Co-Founder on her museum involvement.
  • Assist the Women of Legacy Manager on event coordination for Women of Legacy Foundations and Summit and Reunion events.
  • Coordinate and produce Women of Legacy Ambassador-hosted regional events.
  • Manage data in the Customer Relationship Management system for the Women of Legacy portfolio.
  • Prepare event materials (collateral, gifts, name badges, and other event materials).
  • Work with event vendors on payment setup, contracts, event logistics, etc.
  • Assist with other development events as needed as directed by the Women of Legacy manager.
  • Other Duties as Assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in strategic communications, Event Management, or Hospitality preferred.
  • 2-4 years of event planning experience (Certified Meetings Professional certificate is a plus).
  • Commitment to MOTB's mission of inviting all people to engage with the transformative power of the Bible.
  • Masterful written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, NetSuite, Salesforce, Smartsheet, Cvent, Social Tables.
  • Experienced with audio/visual technologies.
  • Ease in learning software applications.
  • Well-versed in budget management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certified Meetings Professional certificate is a plus.

Benefits

  • Full-time hourly position with a salary range of $50,000 to $52,000 DOE.
