About the position

POP Fit Clothing is looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to enhance business processes, drive efficiency, and support strategic decision-making. The role involves collaborating with various teams to analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions to propel the business forward.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather detailed requirements.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Perform marketing sales analysis including monitoring ad performance.
• Assist managers in data analysis to help manage their departments more effectively.
• Generate monthly KPI reports.
• Conduct sales tax analysis and cross-checking to ensure compliance.
• Perform inventory analysis and track to optimize stock levels.
• Report key metrics and KPIs.
• Track and analyze supply costs and manage supply chain efficiency.
• Manage disputes and conduct dispute analysis to identify root causes and solutions.
• Maintain lists of vendor fees and assist in negotiations to optimize costs.
• Track purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Conduct sales and style analysis to inform product development strategies.
• Analyze warehouse costs and output, including shipping rate analysis, to optimize logistics.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance or a related field.
• Proficient in data analysis and business process modeling tools.
• Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
