About the position

The Women's Mental Health Account Manager at Biogen is a field-based role focused on supporting healthcare providers treating patients with Post-Partum Depression (PPD). This position involves developing and maintaining relationships with various healthcare professionals, executing sales plans, and driving initiatives to enhance PPD screening and treatment pathways within affiliated health groups and systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with OB/GYNs, Psychiatrists, Psychiatric NPs/PAs, Primary Care, and other allied health professionals.
• Communicate complex clinical data, protocols, and treatment pathways to healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Identify and support the educational needs of relevant stakeholders using Biogen's HCP engagement approach.
• Align Biogen's product offerings with the evolving needs of healthcare providers in a compliant manner.
• Execute sales plans for the assigned territory, focusing on PPD initiatives.

Requirements

• BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in pharma, specialty, hospital, and/or biotech sales.
• Strong Women's Health and launch experience preferred.
• History of success in an Account Management/Group Practice/GPO role preferred.
• Experience with Specialty Pharmacy preferred.
• Proven track record of success in sales, demonstrated by consistent high ranking and achievement awards.
• Ability to drive results in a challenging market with minimal guidance.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
