About the position

Biogen is seeking a Women's Mental Health Account Manager to support healthcare providers treating patients with Post-Partum Depression (PPD). This field-based role focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with OB/GYNs, Psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to enhance PPD screening and treatment pathways. The Account Manager will execute sales plans and communicate complex clinical data to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Biogen's product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers treating patients with Post-Partum Depression (PPD).
• Increase screening of PPD and drive PPD-focused initiatives within health groups and systems.
• Communicate complex clinical data, protocols, and treatment pathways to healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Identify and support the educational needs of relevant stakeholders using Biogen's HCP engagement approach.
• Align Biogen's product offerings to meet the evolving needs of healthcare providers.

Requirements

• BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in pharma, specialty, hospital, and/or biotech sales.
• Strong Women's Health and launch experience preferred.
• History of success in an Account Management/Group Practice/GPO role preferred.
• Experience with Specialty Pharmacy preferred.
• Proven track record of success in sales, demonstrated by consistent high ranking and achievement awards.
• Ability to drive results in a challenging market with minimal guidance.
