About the position

Biogen is seeking a Women's Mental Health Account Manager to enhance relationships with healthcare providers treating Post-Partum Depression (PPD). This field-based role focuses on account management, driving PPD initiatives, and improving treatment pathways within health systems. The Account Manager will develop and execute sales plans while effectively communicating clinical data and patient support services to healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with OB/GYNs, Psychiatrists, Psychiatric NPs/PAs, and other healthcare professionals.
• Communicate complex clinical data and treatment pathways to healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Identify and support the educational needs of healthcare professionals.
• Align Biogen's product offerings with the needs of healthcare providers in a compliant manner.
• Execute sales plans for the assigned territory, focusing on PPD initiatives.

Requirements

• BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in pharma, specialty, hospital, or biotech sales.
• Strong Women's Health and launch experience preferred.
• History of success in an Account Management/Group Practice/GPO role preferred.
• Experience with Specialty Pharmacy preferred.
• Proven track record of success in sales, demonstrated by high rankings and achievement awards.
• Ability to drive results in a challenging market with minimal guidance.
