Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard a high-performing launch team of Account Managers.

  • Collaborate internally and across alliances to drive executional excellence and sales performance.
  • Lead the team in navigating complex environments and business relationships that influence PPD treatment.
  • Cultivate and support the team's development of strategic customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Understand market dynamics and corporate goals to inform regional strategy.
  • Plan and support the development of individuals' skills for current or future roles.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the healthcare or biotechnology sectors.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
  • Ability to cultivate talent and drive team performance.
  • Experience in navigating complex healthcare environments and building relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Understanding of market dynamics and business drivers related to PPD.
