Responsibilities

• Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.
• Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked and organized.
• Reporting any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC, etc.
• Maintaining security of your equipment, key and supplies issued to you.
• Reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor.
• Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.

Requirements

• Ability to clean and service guest rooms efficiently and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain linen carts and supplies.
• Attention to detail in reporting maintenance issues and lost items.
• Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
• Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, to communicate with a diverse clientele.
