About the position

Montgomery Investment Technology, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented WordPress Developer to maintain its current website and integrate e-commerce capabilities. This part-time contract position allows for remote work, with some on-site presence required. The developer will work on enhancing the existing website and ensuring optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing WordPress website
• Modify and enhance existing code
• Add e-commerce capability
• Assist in website traffic and performance monitoring
• Develop WordPress themes and plugins

Requirements

• Extensive experience with WordPress plugins and widgets
• Proficiency in WordPress development
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and Python

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Google Analytics
• Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO)
• Knowledge of other programming languages
