About the position

The Quantum Group is seeking an experienced and creative WordPress Web Designer/Developer to join their team in Scottsdale, AZ. This role involves collaboration with the internal marketing team, Fortune 500 partner companies, and external agencies on various web and email marketing initiatives, focusing on design, development, and deployment of web projects.

Responsibilities

• Actively collaborate with internal teams on web projects through the design, development and deployment cycles
• Create user interfaces from wireframes to prototypes to finished digital products with a focus on user experience
• Develop cross-browser compatible responsive front-end interfaces using WordPress, Drupal, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and frameworks like Bootstrap and Foundation
• Strong creative and design skills including the ability to work from concept to project completion on graphics, banners, landing pages, websites, and emails

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to hand code HTML and CSS
• Experience with industry-standard tools including Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong knowledge and understanding of SEO principles
• Skilled in Google Analytics and ability to analyze and give suggestions on site optimization
• Self-directed and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
