About the position

The Quantum Group is seeking an experienced and creative WordPress Web Designer/Developer to join their team in Scottsdale, AZ. This role involves collaboration with the internal marketing team and external partners on various web and email marketing initiatives, focusing on design, development, and deployment of digital products.

Responsibilities

• Actively collaborate with internal teams on web projects through the design, development, and deployment cycles.
• Create user interfaces from wireframes to prototypes to finished digital products with a focus on user experience.
• Develop cross-browser compatible responsive front-end interfaces using WordPress, Drupal, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, as well as frameworks like Bootstrap and Foundation.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to hand code HTML and CSS.
• Experience with industry-standard tools including Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of SEO principles.
• Skilled in Google Analytics and ability to analyze and give suggestions on site optimization.
• Self-directed and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
