About the position

OGK Creative is seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to join their innovative media agency. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and optimizing custom WordPress websites while ensuring high performance and user-friendliness. The ideal candidate will be passionate about clean, scalable code and will work collaboratively on various projects using modern development tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize custom WordPress websites.
• Collaborate on projects using Git workflows for efficient code collaboration and deployment.
• Work with JavaScript, PHP, CSS, HTML, and WordPress to create user-friendly, scalable websites.
• Handle package managers (e.g., npm, Yarn) and SASS compilers to streamline development processes.
• Integrate and manage third-party APIs for seamless functionality.
• Troubleshoot server issues and manage tasks related to NGINX, Apache, and Node.js.
• Build and maintain custom APIs for unique project requirements.

Requirements

• 5 years of front-end development experience.
• 3 years of experience with CSS.
• 3 years of experience with Angular.
• Experience with WordPress development.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Webflow.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and managing server environments.
• Knowledge or experience with Three.js/WebGL for interactive web experiences.
• Experience building and maintaining custom APIs.
