This role requires collaboration with designers, content creators, and other developers to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly.
• Implement best practices in coding standards and version control using GitHub.
• Conduct unit testing to ensure quality assurance of code.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance web development processes.
• Participate in Agile development methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Requirements

• Proficient in WordPress development with a strong understanding of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with RESTful APIs for integrating third-party services.
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or Redux is a plus.
• Knowledge of back-end frameworks like Django or ASP.NET is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of web development principles, including responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks to ensure code reliability.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
