The ideal candidate will work independently and collaboratively, ensuring optimal performance and security of the websites while contributing to the agency's innovative marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain WordPress websites, including theme customization and plugin integration.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing WordPress sites, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Assist with the creation and management of website content, including blog posts, images, and multimedia elements.
• Work closely with marketing and design teams to implement website features and functionality that align with clients' marketing strategies.
• Regularly update WordPress core, themes, and plugins to ensure compatibility and security.
• Implement best practices for website speed and performance optimization.
• Maintain clear documentation for website changes, customizations, and technical processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of WordPress websites.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Experience with custom theme and plugin development, as well as the use of popular page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, working independently with minimal supervision.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with widgets and plugins.
