The Round Table Group is seeking a motivated and talented WordPress Developer to join their team. This full-time position focuses on custom WordPress theme development and requires a blend of programming skills and aesthetic sensibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web development processes, including design, development, and deployment, and will be responsible for creating and maintaining websites that enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop websites using WordPress content management system.
• Create custom themes and features to improve user experience.
• Maintain and update current client websites.
• Develop new websites as per client requirements.
• Implement SEO strategies for better visibility.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.
• Utilize responsive web design techniques.
• Manage and organize content, including pages and blog posts.
• Monitor and optimize website performance for fast loading times.
• Participate in Digital Department meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in web development with a focus on WordPress.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Experience with responsive web design and UI principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with Git for version control.
• Understanding of performance optimization techniques.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Zoho One.
• Experience with dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with domain registry and SSL certificates.
