About the position

The Telecom Workflow Coordinator at Kanaan Communications, LLC is responsible for managing telecommunications construction cost estimates and ensuring effective communication between customers and team members. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to interpret technical drawings, and strong organizational skills to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a paid training opportunity for candidates eager to learn and grow in the telecommunications field.

Responsibilities

• Complete telecommunications construction cost estimates and bill of materials by reading and interpreting survey drawings and customer system designs.
• Communicate with customers and Kanaan team members to resolve discrepancies with system designs and survey drawings.
• Obtain cost estimates from company vendors for inclusion in cost estimates.
• Manage job tracking systems to meet customer deadlines.
• Perform all other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and understand design parameters related to customers' fiber optic and coaxial systems.
• Ability to read and understand customer system blueprints to identify specific equipment.
• Good planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize schedules according to customer expectations.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively and professionally with customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must pass a background check, drug test, and motor vehicle check.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with at least 2 years of experience.
