About the position

We are seeking a motivated and service-driven Work From Home Client Relations Manager to build and manage long-term client relationships while delivering exceptional support and insurance solutions. In this fully remote role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate their options with confidence. The ideal candidate is proactive, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping people protect what matters most.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both new and existing clients.
  • Provide personalized insurance recommendations based on individual client needs.

Requirements

  • Must obtain a state insurance license (licensing costs covered by the candidate).
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup.
  • Previous experience in client relations, customer service, or sales is preferred.
