About the position

The Work/Life Services Specialist at Bon Secours Mercy Health is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of various programs that enhance the associate experience. This remote position involves collaborating with stakeholders to improve recognition and work/life programs, managing associate experiences, and providing data insights to support decision-making. The role aims to foster a culture of recognition and ensure effective program delivery across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to program standards and consistency in the implementation of recognition and work/life programs.
  • Engage associates in recognition and work/life programs through effective collaboration and communication.
  • Manage and review associate experiences through ServiceNow, handling exceptions and appeals efficiently.
  • Implement improvements to optimize the delivery of services across the functional suite.
  • Assist in tracking program utilization and outcomes, providing data insights for decision making.
  • Ensure application processes are user-friendly and comply with established guidelines.
  • Inspire a grassroots group of associates to promote recognition and work/life services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Promotion, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Public Health, or related field.
  • 2 years of recent experience in workforce well-being, recognition, and work/life services.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's in Public Health, Organizational Leadership, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of recent experience in workforce well-being, recognition, and work/life services (preferred).
  • Experience with Achievers Software as a service (SaaS) (preferred).
  • Experience with ServiceNow (preferred).
