About The Position
The PC Technician is responsible for maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware, and peripherals within a corporate environment. This role includes upgrading or replacing hardware and software systems, managing user accounts, and providing routine problem-solving for network or PC software and hardware issues. The technician will also install and configure computer hardware and software for new employees, manage software installations and upgrades, and conduct training sessions for employees.
