About the position

The Workday Advanced Compensation Implementation Consultant, Senior Associate role at PwC involves leveraging Workday technology to enhance human resources, talent management, and finance for clients. This position focuses on understanding client needs and developing tailored solutions throughout the Workday implementation lifecycle, aiming to drive productivity and business effectiveness improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Streamline HR policies, practices, and processes to enhance the HR organization.
  • Align HR strategy and people strategies with business strategies.
  • Support the Workday HCM Advanced Compensation module function as applicable.
  • Illustrate business processes related to Workday.
  • Configure the Workday HCM Advanced Compensation module, including business processes, employee review templates, custom reporting, and configurable security.
  • Provide specialist domain knowledge for Workday HCM Advanced Compensation to the business and Level 2 Support Groups.
  • Produce deliverables while managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Support Global Process Owners and Centers of Excellence on proposed changes due to regulatory reasons or Workday Releases.
  • Update Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
  • Provide industry knowledge and standard practices of Workday HCM Advanced Compensation business processes.
  • Participate in client discussions and meetings, presenting to groups virtually and in person.
  • Prepare concise, accurate documents while maintaining project economics and flexibility for unanticipated issues.
  • Create an atmosphere of trust and encourage diverse views for improvement and innovation.
  • Answer questions and provide direction to less-experienced staff.
  • Provide timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with Workday HCM Advanced Compensation module.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex business issues.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence others.
  • Experience in streamlining HR processes and aligning strategies with business goals.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
