About the position
The Workday AMS Integrations Consultant at Deloitte plays a crucial role in supporting Workday HCM implementations and integrations. This position involves collaborating with clients to enhance their human capital management systems, ensuring effective deployment and performance of integrations, and providing expert guidance on Workday capabilities. The consultant will work closely with both onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Support workstreams for single module deployments in Workday HCM.
- Support integration performance and configuration of monitoring tools.
- Serve as a resource for other Workday post-production engagements.
- Assist in building consensus around integration processes and design.
- Assist in documenting integration requirements and workflows.
- Support and implement integration security and encryption requirements.
- Effectively communicate Workday capabilities and limitations.
- Support the development, testing, and deployment of integrations within the Workday application.
- Engage with client subject matter experts consistently and effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Workday HCM configuration/integrations
- Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, preferably with a Workday Partner or Clients using Workday as HCM system
- Minimum of 2 years' experience serving as a workstream lead on HCM Integrations implementations or optimization engagements, from design to deployment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Integrations using Core Connectors, Studio, Workday Calculated Fields, EIB's
- Ability to travel 10 - 50% on average.
Nice-to-haves
- Active Workday Integrations Certification(s)
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
