About the position
The Workday AMS Integrations Consultant at Deloitte plays a crucial role in supporting Workday HCM implementations and integrations. This position involves collaborating with clients to enhance their human capital management processes through effective integration solutions, ensuring optimal performance and security of integrations, and providing expert guidance throughout the deployment lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Support workstreams for single module deployments in Workday HCM.
- Assist in building consensus around integration processes and design.
- Document integration requirements and workflows.
- Support integration performance and configuration of monitoring tools.
- Communicate Workday capabilities and limitations effectively.
- Develop, test, and deploy integrations within the Workday application.
- Collaborate with client subject matter experts and on/offshore resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Workday HCM configuration/integrations
- Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, preferably with a Workday Partner
- Minimum of 2 years' experience serving as a workstream lead on HCM Integrations implementations
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Integrations using Core Connectors, Studio, Workday Calculated Fields, EIB's
Nice-to-haves
- Active Workday Integrations Certification(s)
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
