About the position

As a Data Conversion Consultant at Impact Advisors, you will collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and assist in designing, building, testing, and deploying the Workday solution. This role emphasizes the integration of the Workday Cloud application with various external applications across Financial, Supply Chain, and Human Capital Management areas, ultimately aiming to enhance patient care in the healthcare sector. You will be part of a passionate team dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes while developing your technical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead data extraction, mapping and conversion tasks
• Convert ERP data such as PeopleSoft, Infor and Oracle into the Workday format
• Write scripts to automate data conversion
• Identify and solve problems using analysis, experience, and judgment
• Select the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements
• Develop and share reusable assets that can be readily applied to new client projects
• Develop solutions to client problems through application of personal experience and methods and tools; validate solutions to subject matter experts
• Manage the data conversion deliverables associated with Workday implementation projects
• Help clients resolve integration issues requiring in-depth expertise in the Workday solution
• Help mentor new Consultants
• Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices
• Provide the Engagement/Project Manager with status reports and keep them apprised of specific assigned tasks and overall project status

Requirements

• 2+ years experience with an ERP software such as Workday, Oracle/PeopleSoft, SAP, Infor/Lawson, etc.
• 2+ years experience with data conversion, reporting or software development
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Presentation skills
• Current Workday partner certification preferred
• Technical analysis and requirements gathering abilities
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly through instruction and self-training
• Consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company
• Healthcare industry experience a plus
• Passion for delivering exemplary customer service
