About the position

As a Workday Financials Consultant at Accenture, you will be part of a global team that delivers innovative financial management solutions using Workday technology. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to identify business requirements, design functional processes, and implement cloud-based HR and financial management solutions. You will leverage your expertise to drive successful transformations and help organizations unlock their potential through effective use of Workday.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements and design functional processes including scenario design and flow mapping.
• Participate in workshops for client education and conduct working sessions to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Support the team in architecting cohesive Workday solutions considering cross-functional impacts.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices in financial management.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in the Finance industry.
• Participation in at least 1 full lifecycle Workday Implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Workday Financials Partner Certification
• Proficiency in multiple business processes (PTP, OTC, GL, FA, Budgeting, Cash Management, etc.)
• Experience supporting global and/or LE Workday engagements
• Experience with other leading Cloud based SaaS financial applications (Oracle E-Business Suite, NetSuite, Infor, Unit 4, PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, Lawson, etc.)
