Parexel is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Compensation Implementation Specialist to join our HR Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing functional expertise and leadership in the design, development, and implementation of Workday HR solutions. As an HCM Compensation Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will design and implement solutions for our stakeholders using Workday, ensuring that the systems meet the needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday HR/Advanced Compensation management modules and experience working as a solution architect in a large-scale healthcare environment. Your key accountabilities will include supporting the Workday Compensation capability area, with potential opportunities to support HCM Core, Staffing/Onboarding, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting. You will partner with the Compensation/Total Rewards Team in the design and deployment of complex global annual merit and bonus cycles in Workday. This role requires analysis, solution design and development, product delivery, and post-production migration support of functional modifications and enhancements to Workday HR systems/tools. As a Workday SME, you will actively participate in Workday Releases and stay ahead of new features and functionality being introduced by Workday. You will manage annual compensation administration, including merit and incentive processes, ensuring that system and data interfaces are current and optimized. Additionally, you will maintain salary administration, including job structure, total compensation structure, eligibility, communication, and training. You will be part of the team responsible for the business configuration and maintenance of the Workday HR Systems supporting internal employees as well as other downstream systems and processes. Your knowledge of HR processes and touch points in HCM, payroll, benefits, time tracking, recruiting, and security will be essential. You will be viewed as a trusted advisor and credible business process and technical expert to the business teams, translating business and technical requirements into a project and architectural blueprint that achieves desired business objectives. This includes identifying solutions for Workday product gaps and assisting in crafting and presenting a solution to influence key decision makers. Your role will have global coverage, including America, EMEA, and APJC regions. You will serve as a designated Subject Matter Expert (SME) and system administrator, partnering with HRBPs and senior leaders to identify opportunities to better leverage Workday. You will create project plans and implement improvements or deploy new features based on those findings. Regularly maintaining awareness of new updates to the system and effectively communicating appropriate information to impacted stakeholders will be part of your responsibilities. You will implement process improvements and new features on a rolling basis, configure, test, and administer annual processes in Workday, and serve as the primary reviewer when data is entered into the system, regularly auditing system data for accuracy.
