About the position

The Workday HCM Implementation Lead at PwC is responsible for providing consulting services focused on Workday human capital management (HCM) applications. This role involves analyzing client requirements, implementing HCM software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Workday HCM applications. The position emphasizes leadership, coaching, and motivating team members to deliver quality results while ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and implement HCM software solutions.
• Provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Workday HCM applications.
• Lead the HCM Core workstream and manage at least three full Workday implementations.
• Facilitate discovery and design workshops to gather business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into configuration elements and prepare polished deliverables.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
• Mentor and coach team members, providing timely feedback and addressing conflicts.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, or Computer and Information Science.
• Workday Services functional certification(s) preferably HCM Core and/or Engagement Manager certification.
• Extensive experience managing client needs and leading HCM implementations.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Core HCM, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Recruiting modules.
• Ability to manage resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, and billing.
