About the position
The Workday HCM Lead Consultant at Infosys is responsible for interfacing with key stakeholders and leveraging extensive experience in Workday HCM to design, build, and deploy solutions that support the customer's Workday HCM application. This role involves creating high-level design artifacts, participating in HCM digital projects, and collaborating with various teams to orchestrate digital solutions. The consultant will play a crucial role in the development of industry solutions within a culture that promotes teamwork and rewards excellence.
Responsibilities
- Interface with key stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions for Workday HCM applications.
- Create and develop high-level design artifacts for HCM digital projects.
- Participate in integration development and collaborate with finance leads and technical product managers.
- Support the implementation and support of Workday HCM modules including core HR, payroll, and talent management.
- Drive customer discussions independently and act as a trusted advisor on industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of Information Technology experience.
- 6+ years of experience in software development life cycle.
- 6+ years of experience in Workday HCM implementation or support projects.
- Proficient in all delivered HCM processes and reports, with hands-on experience in Workday cloud projects.
- Experience in HCM modules such as core HR, payroll, absence, compensation, recruitment, and talent management.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working in teams on large and complex HCM projects.
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams.
- Knowledge of agile practices and experience implementing projects in agile mode.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and verbal/written skills.
