About the position
The Workday HCM Learning Consultant will play a crucial role in managing and rationalizing learning content for various regions within the organization. This position involves collaborating with technical resources to create documentation and toolkits that support learning administrators in utilizing Workday effectively. The consultant will also coordinate project timelines and assist in the migration of content from the current system, Saba, to Workday, ensuring a smooth transition and governance of learning materials.
Responsibilities
- Creating tool kits for Workday from a technical standpoint for non-technical members
- Building slide decks and providing support to the team
- Collaborating with technical resources and KPMG to create references, decks, and tool kits for Workday
- Coordinating and creating documentation, decks, tool kits, and guides for Workday learning
- Project coordinating the timeline and milestones for the learning team within the overall Workday project timeline
- Assisting with the creation of slide decks for decision-making purposes
- Assisting with the creation of tool kits for learning administrators on business processes in Workday, such as creating content and audiences, including quick reference guides
Requirements
- Workday learning experience required; experience with Saba preferred for content migration
- Must be willing to work onsite 2-3 days a week in Altamonte Springs, FL (local candidates preferred)
