About the position

The Workday HCM Integrations Principal Consultant - Global AMS is a senior role focused on leading functional workstreams for Workday HCM engagements. This position requires a dynamic and experienced professional who can effectively manage post-production Workday services, ensuring client success through collaboration and expertise in Workday integrations. The consultant will be responsible for driving service improvements, mentoring team members, and providing subject matter expertise in Workday best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead functional workstream for assigned accounts in Workday HCM.
  • Apply and execute various AMS methodologies in Workday HCM engagements.
  • Collaborate with the GDC team on day-to-day activities and incidents.
  • Provide on-call support and holiday coverage as required.
  • Drive trend analysis, service improvements, and contribute to asset and tools development.
  • Monitor processes and guide the team to implement industry best practices.
  • Participate in estimation and contribute to new proposals and RFPs.
  • Execute day-to-day activities of Workday FINS projects assigned.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices.
  • Lead a team of Workday consultants across multiple engagements.
  • Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements and provide solutions.
  • Mentor other consultants and share product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of Corporate Applications portfolio experience.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in client-facing roles handling managed services in a global delivery model.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday Integrations.
  • Expert level understanding of Workday Integrations is mandatory.
  • Workday certification is mandatory.
  • Ability to multitask and perform a variety of duties.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to solve customer problems.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to solve complex incidents.
