About the position

As a Senior Manager in the Workday Human Capital practice at PwC, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients leverage Workday technology to enhance their Human Resources, talent management, and finance processes. This position focuses on understanding client needs and developing tailored solutions throughout the Workday implementation lifecycle. You will work collaboratively with clients to drive strategic value and improve business effectiveness through innovative human capital management solutions.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 8 years of Workday product experience.
  • Master's Degree preferred in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, or Computer and Information Science.
  • Workday Services functional certification(s) preferably HCM Core and/or Engagement Manager certification.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience implementing HR technologies and aligning HR objectives with business strategies.
  • Knowledge of Workday HCM solutioning and managing multiple workstreams.
  • Experience configuring and optimizing Workday HCM Absence Management & Time Tracking module.
  • Ability to manage engagements and prepare concise, accurate documents.
  • Experience leading teams across different time zones and offshore centers.
