Responsibilities

• Support and implement HCM areas in Workday, including processes, programs, and solutions.
• Collaborate with HR functions to identify best practices and efficiencies.
• Oversee the portfolio of Workday initiatives and manage cross-functional project teams and vendors.
• Design and maintain system configuration for Workday, including Supervisory Organization and Custom Organizations.
• Maintain master data values in Workday and test, validate, and implement Business Process changes.
• Provide full range of customer service to meet expected business performance goals.
• Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training to improve policy and process acumen.
• Analyze current business/workflow processes and requirements within HR.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 5-7 years experience in business process design and project management.
• Workday HCM Payroll experience required.
• HR functional experience preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in Business or HR Information Technology.
• Workday Pro US Payroll Certification.
• Workday Pro Time Tracking Certification.
• Workday Pro Absence Certification.
