As the Workday Integration Developer at Parexel International Corporation, you will play a crucial role in architecting, designing, implementing, and supporting Workday integration solutions with third-party vendors and internal systems. This position is integral to our enterprise projects, where you will be responsible for managing day-to-day sprint assignments for enhancements and projects. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR systems, ensuring that we keep the patient at the heart of everything we do. In this role, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to identify ideal solutions for Workday modules, focusing on configurations and integrations. You will engage with HRIS and other business owners in a consultative manner, providing insights and expertise on Workday modules. As an individual contributor, you will also lead cross-functional team members to develop solutions that adhere to Workday's best development practices. You will be responsible for executing and managing the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, which includes design, prototyping, building, testing, and migrating practical solutions between tenants. Additionally, you will manage integration deliverables associated with Workday implementation projects, troubleshoot and fix production support issues, and convert and map data elements from and to Workday data sources. Your responsibilities will also include loading EIBs, configuring business processes, creating custom reports, and building relationships with cross-functional team members to ensure successful implementations of company-wide projects. Demonstrating the ability to work independently will be key to your success in this role.
