About the position

The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) is seeking a dedicated Workday Operations Support Analyst to join our Office of Human Resources. This full-time, limited duration position is expected to last between 12 to 24 months, with the possibility of extension. As a member of a small, dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in providing both basic and complex support for Workday, the human capital management system used by OHA. Your responsibilities will include responding to inquiries from employees at all levels, troubleshooting errors that arise during processing, and assisting with training initiatives to enhance the understanding and use of Workday across the organization. You will also be tasked with auditing Workday in-boxes to ensure timely action on requests and applying human resource management processes to support the operations of Workday. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about improving HR processes and enhancing employee experiences through effective use of technology.

Responsibilities

  • Provide basic and complex Workday support to OHA employees.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding the use of Workday.
  • Troubleshoot errors that occur during processing.
  • Assist with Workday training and improve job aids to communicate processes effectively.
  • Audit Workday in-boxes and ensure actions are addressed promptly.
  • Apply human resource management processes and procedures in support of Workday Operations.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science, or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills required.
  • Any combination of experience or education equivalent to three years of technical-level experience that supports the knowledge and skills requirements for the classification.
