About the position

The Workday Prism Developer position is a full-time contract role based in Reston, VA, offering a hybrid work environment. The primary focus of this role is to develop and manage complex Workday Prism Pipelines, ensuring efficient data handling and transformation within Workday Prism Analytics. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in creating and optimizing Prism solutions, as well as a strong understanding of AWS services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage complex Workday Prism Pipelines.
• Handle high volumes of data in and out of Workday Prism Analytics.
• Perform data transformations such as Unpivot, Group by, Filter, and Rank.
• Understand and implement Data Change Tasks (DCTs) for CRUD operations.
• Create Custom Organizations, Base Data Sets, and Derived Datasets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver code efficiently.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Workday Prism development.
• Expertise in creating Prism Pipelines and complex Prism solutions.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Prism Transformations.
• Good understanding of Data Change Tasks (DCTs).
• Development skills in Java.
• Knowledge and experience with AWS Services.
