Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Workday integration development including all phases of integration development life cycle, requirements gathering, design, build, test, deploy and maintenance.
  • Assist in providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of existing integrations.
  • Manage and provide expertise to support the break/fix efforts for Workday integrations.
  • Support the downstream applications with Workday integrations, and create advanced reports and dashboards.
  • As a Workday integration's expert, provide integration solutions, recommendations and best practices for integrations with multiple design options that are all scalable and drive automation, best practices and alignment with the firm's Security Governance and Management goals.
  • Ability to work and coordinate with third parties on data related inquiries.
  • Solution-orientation and understanding of Workday's configuration, the impacts on both internal and external systems/processes, and the ability to anticipate potential issues & solutions.
  • Cross functional collaboration across the firm with the business acumen to understand end-user needs and provide streamlined efficient integrations and Workday solutions.
  • Configure multiple modules in the Workday Professional Services Automations systems (PSA) Time & Billing, resource scheduling, contracts management) and Workday Financials suite (Accounting, Spend, Revenue, Banking, Budgets) and Workday Security.
  • Designs and develops technical solutions to business requirements and develops components including EIB, Report Based, Studio, SOA and BPEL integrations.
  • Point of contact to monitor and triage Workday integration issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, related major, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with Workday cloud enterprise applications, Workday Studio, and in cloud-based multi-tenant systems.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transformation, BIRT, XSLT, and Workday Studio.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience configuring and supporting Workday Financials & PSA modules.
  • Expertise with Workday inbound and outbound integrations, Workday Master Data design, developing enterprise connectors/integrations, data delivery, and interactions with business process framework and external servers.
  • Experience with Design Patterns using Workday integration systems alone or together to solve inbound and outbound integration problems.
  • Experience with Web Services, XML, JSON, APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST, WS standards), and Prism analytics.
  • Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) systems and integration needs for Time & Billing, resource scheduling, contracts management, and other CRM integrations.
  • Certifications - Certified Workday Integration Pro.
  • Strong experience with interface, networking, data warehousing technologies, as well as design, relational database technologies, and performance tuning.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams across time zones while managing competing priorities.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a positive, customer service-oriented attitude, experienced in owning integrations solutions and issues through to completion.
  • Onsite in any Armanino office 2-3 times per week is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with other integration platforms such as Dell Boomi or similar.
  • Workday Extend development skills strongly.
  • D365 CRM development and integrations knowledge.
