About the position

As a Workday Specialist you are responsible in providing support with the administration of Workday's Integration function. You will be working closely with the Workday Leads and People & Finance teams, Other IT teams in implementing the IT Vision, Strategy and Priorities. Responsibilities

  • Continuously seek improvements and simplification by building integration enhancements and other related changes to help streamline the People, Finance & PSA processes
  • Manage service and support requests relating to Workday integrations
  • Deliver efficient, accurate, timely system administration services as per agreed KPIs and SLAs
  • Provide support and troubleshooting on Workday integration patterns to other related People, Finance & PSA - CRM, DWS, Peakon, Linkedin, Adaptive Insights
  • Perform system change requests related to integration business process flow and security based on business requirements
  • Execute end-to-end Workday defect management - investigation, testing & implementation
  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver efficient and accurate integration configuration as per the business requirements and strategy

Requirements

  • Experience in working with Workday system (required)
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to consult and engage with a wide and diverse internal employee audience
  • Well-developed execution skills: strong planning and organisational skills, outstanding attention to detail and takes the initiative to make things happen
  • Prior experience with ERP Systems
  • Excellent data analysis skills, Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge and experience in the use of Service Management systems/tools (desirable)
  • Knowledge and experience in supporting Adaptive Insights
  • Experience in Global Shared Services Organisation (desirable)
