About the position

This position serves as a key stakeholder in the Supply Chain areas, focusing on system optimization and data analysis within Workday. The role involves collaboration with leadership to enhance processes and implement improvements, while also providing consultation and support to Supply Chain Management (SCM) partners. Candidates with a proven track record in analyst roles are preferred, and there is an opportunity for growth through Workday certifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the IS partner supporting Supply Chain areas in Workday, including procurement, inventory, and strategic sourcing.
• Provide consultation to SCM partners, building domain knowledge, gathering requirements, and providing solutions and impact analysis.
• Evaluate releases and functionality to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in Workday.
• Configure, test, validate, and implement business process changes in Workday.
• Lead efforts in tracking issues and resolutions, identifying situations requiring urgent attention.
• Analyze and assess technical issues related to Desktop, Network, Application, and other areas.
• Understand and follow defined technical standards, security and data privacy standards, and best practices.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on current and upcoming Workday capabilities.
• Support testing of integrations, security, and annual events.
• Maintain master data values in Workday across areas of responsibility.
• Provide input and knowledge sharing with analyst lead, IS partners, and Workday team members as appropriate.
• Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training to improve policy and process acumen.

Requirements

• Proven track record working in analyst roles.
• Demonstrated domain knowledge in Supply Chain areas.
• Ability to analyze and assess technical issues effectively.
• Experience with Workday functionalities and capabilities.

Nice-to-haves

• Workday Procure to Pay Fundamentals certification (preferred).
• Workday Inventory Management certification (preferred).
• Workday Strategic Sourcing for Administrators certification (preferred).
