About the position

The Workday Systems Analyst will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday as the primary Human Resource Information System (HRIS) within the organization. This role focuses on ensuring optimal system performance and functionality to meet departmental and organizational needs, providing daily system support, and implementing new features and integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the configuration, security, and overall functionality of the Workday system.
  • Develop and implement new modules, features, and system integrations to enhance system performance.
  • Work with subject matter experts to maintain data integrity, process efficiency, and system reliability.
  • Oversee the integration of new build implementations and maintain ongoing system interfaces.
  • Offer system support by providing training on system navigation and functionality.
  • Actively identify opportunities to improve system performance and efficiency.
  • Apply your understanding of Workday to solve problems and enhance system functions.
  • Ensure all business processes operate correctly within the Workday system.
  • Use your knowledge of HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems to manage and enhance our HRIS system.
  • Apply your expertise in Business Requirement Document, Agile Scrum, and Business Process Functions to ensure optimal system performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Workday Systems Analyst or in a similar capacity in the Services industry.
  • Proficiency in Business Systems is crucial.
  • Familiarity and experience with Agile Scrum methodology is required.
  • Well-versed in Business Process Functions.
  • Experience in creating and managing Business Requirement Documents is necessary.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday and Workday HRIS is a key requirement.
  • Proficiency in Electronic Document Management is essential.
  • Experience with HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems is required.
  • Familiarity and working knowledge of HRIS Systems is a prerequisite.
