About the position

The Workday Time & Absence Configuration Lead at Deloitte plays a crucial role in advising clients on human resource transformation, focusing on optimizing business processes through the implementation of Workday HCM solutions. Responsibilities

• Understand and learn core business processes and technology capabilities.
• Work on tactical configuration in the Workday cloud-based technology package, specifically Workday HCM Time & Absence.
• Apply effective application knowledge and project management to implementation and operations projects.
• Configure functionality to guide client conversations.
• Develop and present PowerPoint presentations and utilize Microsoft Excel proficiently.

Requirements

• 4 years of consulting or industry experience delivering Workday HCM solutions.
• Experience as a functional lead on at least 1 full life-cycle implementation of the Time & Absence module for Workday HCM.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on work and client needs.
• Bachelor's degree.
