About the position

The Workday Training Leader is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive training program aimed at equipping entry-level analysts with essential knowledge of Workday functionalities. This role focuses on ensuring that participants are well-prepared to excel in their roles through effective training sessions and up-to-date curriculum development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Workday training and learning program tailored for entry-level analysts.
  • Conduct research to identify and incorporate relevant courses and programs that align with current Workday trends and release updates.
  • Facilitate training sessions, delivering material effectively and ensuring participants thoroughly understand the content.
  • Evaluate participants' performance through testing and assessments to validate their understanding and readiness.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, building, and executing training programs.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with technology software or products, such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or Workday.
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Nice-to-haves

  • Recent experience facilitating Workday Training OR experience using Workday Platform a plus
